BioCameron Mitchell, usually preferring simply to be called Cam, was born in in small-town Kansas. His father was once a test pilot and has always been Cam's hero. Especially after the accident that took the man's legs and the family left their Kansas farm. They've been living in Eschatos ever since.
Cam has a younger brother, Ryan, two years younger than himself, and an even younger sister of four-years-old (Cam loves her dearly but continues to be disgusted by her birth) named Molly. He also has a dog by the name of Sir Alexander Cunningham. No really. They call him Alex for short.
To anyone other than his sister, Cam likes to project a "bad boy" image. Which means he smokes, is always among the first to be talking about having a party while someone's parents are away, skips class as often as he attends (luckily he has a good memory so his attendance doesn't make him fail), and has a reputation for dating older girls. There has even been a rumor about him dating someone's mom.
But despite all this, Cam is actually a very nice boy. He's always polite to adults and he has been known to help old ladies cross the streets or randomly offer to help someone with carrying their groceries.
Cam is fiercely protective of his family and, actually, anyone else who seems to need protecting, often getting into fights with any bully he comes across. He tends not to discuss his family, or himself really, with anyone he doesn't trust, save for passing comments about relatives still in Kansas.
